WIN Programme Manager

The Water Integrity Network (WIN) is an action oriented coalition of individuals and organizations from all stakeholder groups that are able and willing to support the cause of increasing Water Integrity (WI) benefiting poor people in helping to prevent or reduce corruption across the water sector.

The WIN Secretariat is a lean entity relying on the expertise of its members and partners, including the International Water and Sanitation Centre (IRC), The Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI), Transparency International (TI), the Water and Sanitation Program – Africa (WSP), the Global Water Partnership, Cap-Net and other international, regional and local organizations.

The Water Integrity Network Secretariat hosted and legally represented by Transparency International in Berlin is looking for a highly motivated professional for the position of Programme Manager.

Main function: 

The WIN Programme Manager leads and ensures the successful development, funding, implementation and monitoring of WIN Partnership Programmes that are implemented under the WIN Global Strategy 2011-2016. S/he ensures that the implementing partners and WIN-S staff meet all the donor contractual obligations. The WIN programme manager provides strategic guidance to partners and WIN-S staff involved in the programme implementation.

Starting date: As soon as possible

Duration: limited for 2 years with the possibility of extension

Location:  TI/WIN -Secretariat, Berlin, Germany

Department: WIN-S

Reporting lines: WIN Director

The WIN secretariat (or network coordinating office) is located in Berlin (Germany) with a programme liaison office at the WIN Foundation in The Hague (The Netherlands). It offers an inspiring work environment with real learning opportunities and support.
