Paper Competition in Climate change for International Students, Germany

Committee of the International Conference "Technology cooperation and economic benefits of reducing emissions of greenhouse gas emissions in Indonesia", held 1-2 November 2010 in Hamburg, Germany announced the Essay Contest students for international students, especially for German and Indonesian students in the world. Topics related to the issue of climate change:

o Development of renewable energy (wind energy, biogas, geothermal, etc.)
o Carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology
o Concentrated solar power (CSP) technology
o Increasing the energy efficiency in industry and household
o Smart solution in forestry sector
o Management of municipal solid waste
o New idea for clean development mechanism (CDM) project and carbon trading

One prize is awarded to the paper judged to be the best:

* o Maximum number of authors for each paper is 3 persons
o The submitted paper can be a review paper, a study case paper, and a reserach paper. However, the study case and the research paper will have an advantage point
o The submitted paper should be an original one and never been published anywhere
o The prize will be announced and awarded during the conference
o The certificate for the prize winner will be directly signed by HE Mr. Ir. Rachmat Witoelar (Special envoy of Indonesian president for climate change negotiation, former Indonesian minister of environment)
o The prize is also accompanied by a 300 Euros honorarium.
o No deadline for abstract submission
o Deadline for submission of full paper: 17th September 2010
