Call for Proposals open: Delft Global Research Fellowships

Are you working on a research project aiming to contribute to sustainable technical solutions for global societal challenges together with partners in the developing world?
Then this call may be exactly for you.
With the Delft Global Research Fellowships, Delft University of Technology kick-starts the recently launched Delft Global Initiative. The Delft Global Initiative is the portal and booster of Science and Technology for Global Development at TU Delft. Our aim is to contribute to sustainable solutions for global societal challenges through problem-oriented interdisciplinary technical research in close cooperation with partners in the developing world, to meaningfully improve lives of people living in poverty. Delft Global Initiative takes care of the organization and implementation of this Fellowship program. The initiative envisions to grant about 20 Fellowships in four rounds in 2015 and 2016.
Who can apply? All faculty members of TU Delft (newcomers and experienced researchers in the field of Science and Technology for Global Development)
What can you apply for? 1 PhD student project (salary + material costs)
Selection criteria:
